Client Description:


Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of its client, a major international player in the electricity distribution sector, a Senior Country Sales Manager.


Responsibilities:


• Active sales of electricity (e/e) to clients - legal entities in Romania

• Relationship development with potential clients

• B2B market assessment and analysis for all segments by conducting preliminary negotiations with potential customers and forecasting sales

• Formation and maintenance of B2B sales funnel in the local market (from finding to concluding contracts)

• Building a sales team and management

• KPIs implementation (both: team and individual) of market potential and e/e sale assessment

• Client’s contracts follow-up, existing client base maintenance, payments provision


Candidate Profile:


• Experience in active e/e sales to B2B customers, including remote interaction with clients

• Own base of contacts of potential customers availability

• Local electricity supply market deep knowledge

• Experience in analysis and potential assessment of local sales market, sales forecasting

• Sales techniques possession for the corporate segment clients, high level of communication and ability to negotiate with owners and management of companies

• High (both: team and individual) results in the corporate segment sales

• Experience in using sales automated systems

Additional experience will be an advantage:

• Work experience in start-up companies

• English - fluent (B2 level min)

• Russian will be an advantage
