As a Senior CRO Specialist at vidaXL, you will be responsible for optimizing the webshop experience to drive higher conversion rates through validation. This involves leading end-to-end experimentation, from researching customer behavior and designing experiments to analyzing test results and formulating actionable follow-up plans. Your expertise will help shape the customer journey while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
You will:
- Collaborate with the product team to research customer behavior and uncover actionable insights.
- Convert research findings into effective experiments designed to meet customer needs and improve the webshops performance.
- Lead experiments from start to finish, including: scoping and documenting ideas, ensuring designs align with objectives, overseeing the quality of experiment builds, monitoring experiments in real time, analyzing results and proposing follow-up actions.
- Enhance the CRO process with new initiatives to work more efficient or improve the quality of the end product we deliver.
- Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to provide updates on experiment progress, time estimations, results, and next steps.
- Act as a driving force within the team by assisting CRO specialists and CRO supports with questions or challenges, ensuring continuous development in their roles.

We ask:
- Pro-active attitude, creative mindset with strong communication skills;
- Experience: minimum 3-4 years;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
- Knowledge of CRO/ABtesting;
- Experience with GA4, REGEX, HTML/CSS/JS is a plus;
- Proficiency in English is a must.
