We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to become a key player in launching their new IT Software Hub in Bucharest, bringing data-driven decision-making to the next level.
In this role, you will empower the marketing and product teams
to make smarter, data-backed decisions. You will play a key role in unlocking insights from customer and onsite data, driving personalization, campaign optimization, and seamless customer journeys across channels. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping how millions of users interact with the main products.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze customer and onsite data using SQL and Python to optimize marketing
campaigns and operational decisions. - Design, expand, and optimize Data Science use cases such as next best offer, A/B
testing strategies, and customer journey analytics. - Develop and deliver self-service BI solutions tailored to webshop analytics and
customer segmentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business questions with data-driven
answers. - Ensure scalable, reliable, and interpretable models using best practices and modern tools.
Your profile
- At least 5+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles.
- Proven experience in building forecasting models using machine learning and
statistical methods. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Hands-on with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-
learn) - Solid programming skills in Python and SQL (experience with BigQuery or Redshift is a plus)
- Proficiency in applying and programming statistical methods with Python
- Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., Docker).
- Practical experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design.
- Strong background in online marketing data analysis and onsite tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
- Understanding of digital optimization strategies and conversion metrics.
- Experience working with GA4 raw data and web analytics.
- Agile mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
- Passion for working with people and communicating data insights effectively.
- Curiosity for new technologies and eagerness to experiment.
- Confident communication skills in English.
