IF YOU ARE
- Showing at least 5 years of practical experience in Python and JavaScript
- Experienced with MongoDB for at least 3 years
- Hands-on with Postgres and MySQL
- Skilled in using Docker and AWS for scalable applications
- Self-driven and motivated
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work on a GenAI for the heavy industry research platform hosting 100k+ expert transcripts and derived insights, with data and usage growing 50% year over year
- Perform full stack development and own end-to-end feature development using Go, Python, and JavaScript
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Work on proof of concept (POC) and technical research tasks
- Participate in code reviews, break down user stories into technical tasks, and help manage code delivery and quality
- Identify and escalate barriers, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure documentation is created and maintained
