Client Description:
Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its client, a leading construction company specializing in infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Evaluation and Requests: Measure and evaluate the work performed on-site, prepare interim assessments, and submit payment requests to the client for approval.
- Change Management: Assess and handle any project variations, providing timely evaluations to support claims submission to the client.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract compliance, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and resolving any disputes efficiently and promptly.
- Final Account Preparation: Prepare, negotiate, and finalize project accounts, managing the financial closeout of the project.
- Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, cost-revenue analyses, and forecasts for project managers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- 10+ years of experience in cost management.
- Strong skills in numerical analysis and contract management.
- Expertise in cost estimation software.
