Our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is a dynamic team of over 90 architects, engineers, consultants, and quality control specialists dedicated to Salesforce excellence. We specialize in implementing Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to empower insurance organizations to streamline processes, enhance risk management, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

IF YOU ARE

  • An experienced Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years of Salesforce implementation expertise
  • Proficient in leveraging Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design and deliver tailored solutions for insurance-specific use cases like risk strategies, underwriting, claims management, and policy servicing
  • Knowledgeable in the insurance domain, including key processes, risk assessment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Skilled in business requirement analysis, data modeling, and solution design for Salesforce platforms
  • Familiar with tools such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and OmniStudio to configure and extend Salesforce functionalities
  • Experienced in integrations using tools like MuleSoft, REST APIs, or SOAP APIs for connecting Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Certified in Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder, with Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification (as an advantage)

  • Consult and advise clients in the insurance domain on Salesforce best practices to align solutions with business objectives
  • Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud functionalities like relationship mapping, risk frameworks, and claims workflows
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and refine requirements into a comprehensive technical blueprint
  • Lead data migration activities and establish governance frameworks for secure and reliable data management
  • Mentor end-users and administrators by delivering training and documentation to support solution adoption
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality results and achieve project milestones
