We are looking for exceptional ServiceNow Consultants, to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in Romania.

 

For this position you should be able to check the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or another related field or higher (preferred)
  • 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
  • Development background: JavaScript, html, CSS and JavaScript frameworks, Integrations
  • Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
  • Experience with platform components such as flow designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, and Integration Hub
  • Experience in Agile development environment
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • Ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
  • Strong English communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)

 

Nice to have:

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

 

A day in the life of a ServiceNow Consultant:

  • Design elegant and simple solutions that make the world of work better for your stakeholders.
  • Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings
  • Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
  • Lead, educate, mentor and develop the resources who are assigned to the projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.
  • Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team
