Our Low-Code Platforms Practice operates within the Digital Platforms group, addressing the rapidly growing demand for platforms like ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems, and Microsoft Power Platform. As part of this global practice, our team designs and delivers cutting-edge low-code solutions, ranging from bespoke applications to industry-focused packages. We support clients with pre-sales advisory, implementation services, and platform optimisation, helping them achieve their business goals.
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced professional with 8+ years of sales and pre-sales experience, focusing on ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or related modules
- Proficient in ServiceNow's platform capabilities and have demonstrable expertise in collaborating with ServiceNow partners and alliances
- Adept at analysing sales data and market trends to develop strategic decisions and targeting approaches
- A proven performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments and delivering high-value contracts.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building, with the ability to establish trust with clients and executive stakeholders
- A collaborative leader, capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a high-performance culture
- A strong communicator, able to articulate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences, with exceptional written and verbal skills
AND YOU WANT TO
- Develop strategic sales plans to grow the ServiceNow offering and achieve revenue targets, including creating go-to-market strategies that increase the business pipeline
- Evangelise the ServiceNow platform within SoftServe, promoting its benefits and capabilities to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and sales teams
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored ServiceNow solutions, and deliver tangible business value
- Draft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs in collaboration with Sales Account Executives, aligning with client requirements and winning new business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, adapting our offerings to meet emerging client demands
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and leadership teams
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design and deliver impactful ServiceNow campaigns, webinars, and solutions
