Your ambition and potential is the main thing we’re looking for. However, it’s helpful if you have 1-2 years of experience in call-center businesses, debt recovery, telesales or project management.
Here is what we need you for:
- Participating in sales meetings along with our CEO & talking to potential clients
- Doing sales outreach and setting up meetings
- Following up with and growing a relationship with prospects alongside the management team, all the way to signing contracts with them. You’ll have to keep our CRM up to date as you make progress in your sales efforts
- Helping in finding new business opportunities and prospects
We’d love it if:
- You like to keep tasks neat and organized alongside a team focused on results. You should be able to follow a series of tried and tested steps.
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a call center, debt recovery, telesales, or customer support in a tech company.
- You want to take part in finding prospects and generating leads through LinkedIn or email outreach. Making up budgets can also be part of this.
- You’re an efficient communicator and you can be a good liaison between our prospects and our team. Bonus if you’re good at proposing solutions to client problems so we can generate new business opportunities.
- You like to manage tasks, procedures, and relationships with future clients
- You want to work in a company where your work is valued and has a clear, visible impact on its growth
