General Contractor and Service Provider specialised in the design and implementation of important B2B projects in the Renewable Energy market.
Responsibilities:
Job Profile:
Assisting the Project Manager to deliver construction phase consultancy services to the client.
· Based on Solar PV construction site.
· Oversee and evaluate engineering progress on site.
· Write reports for Client
· Liaise with contractors and client.
· Manage the sub-EPC contractors on site.
· Carry out daily monitoring of at least the following:
· Contractor and site health & safety compliance monitoring,
· Balance of Plant works progress,
· Balance of Plant contract compliance,
· Contract management,
· Environmental management monitoring,
· Maintain daily site diary,
· Establish & maintain daily progress photograph database,
· Attend progress meetings.
· Prepare project snagging list.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate Specification

· The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1/2 years of experience as a construction manager in the solar sector.
· Health & safety awareness and demonstrable understanding of best practice.
· Management of site contractors in the energy sector.
· Applicants must demonstrate a high level of problem-solving ability and initiative.
· Attention to detail, reliability and good organizational skills are paramount.
· IT skills particularly in MS Word and Excel.
· A flexible and proactive approach to work.
· Experience in substation construction a definite plus.
· Must possess effective communication skills.
