Responsibilities

What will you contribute?

As Finastra's Social Media Lead, your responsibilities will cover the development and execution of innovative digital strategies in social media to support the objectives of the organization. The Social Media Lead is expected to effectively use all social media planning and analytical tools for organic and advocacy campaigns.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Management of the social media team

  • Plans, executes and optimizes social media campaigns - organic and advocacy

  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence across several platforms

  • Supports Advocacy campaigns and user growth

  • Supports Executive Leadership initiatives and campaigns for social

  • Measures and reports performance of social campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identifies social trends and insights to optimize performance based on the analysis.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through social

  • Collaboration and communicate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing leadership, operations, and Business Units

  • Evaluates emerging technologies


Required Experience:

  • Two or more years of relevant work experience in social media marketing or related role

  • In-depth knowledge and application of content marketing methods

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team leadership

  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts

  • Exceptional time management skills and interpersonal relations

  • In-depth knowledge of analytics platforms
