We are seeking a Solution Architect I who specializes in MuleSoft/API to join our Integration team (Center for Enablement).
In this role, the successful candidate will apply continuous improvement principles to our API and integration strategies, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality delivery by effective testing. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic Agile environment, drive innovation, and refine integration solutions.
Responsibilities

- Ensure quality of delivery through comprehensive unit testing and integration testing

Requirements
- Work experience in integration technology
- Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and components such as MuleSoft Runtime, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, Design Center
- MuleSoft Architect Certification
- Understanding of Integration best practices and related design patterns
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting reusable transformations in DataWeave 2.0
- Capability to work with connectors like database, file, web service, object store, messaging (JMS, Kafka, AMQP, SNS/SQS), and enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
- Skills in managing both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with both synchronous and asynchronous services
- Strong verbal communication skills and capability to participate in technical workshops with clients
- Proactiveness in identifying project risks and providing mitigation options
- Ability to work within and support the team
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Runtime Fabric (RTF)
- Hands-on experience in designing API specifications using RAML or OAS
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Implementation experience of CI/CD concepts and DevOps tool automation (e.g., Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus)
- Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP) and understanding of XML and XSLT transformations
