Client Description:
Technically savvy, professional to create and maintain services product messaging, training materials, and customer references for field sales to drive client’s Cloud growth.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain high-quality, engaging, and informative messaging, including customer success stories, training materials, videos, and other content formats to facilitate the adoption of client’s services capabilities.
•Collaborate with Client’s Customer Success teams and gather customer insights, sales, and delivery feedback to create compelling content that highlights the value and impact of Client’s services.
•Optimize and evolve materials for clarity, relevance, and ease of consumption, ensuring it aligns with Client’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
•Leverage all communication channels to amplify content developed to produce measurable outcomes.
•Report on key success metrics to management
Candidate Profile:
•Proven Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience working with or for a cloud business software vendor (EPM, ERP, HCM)
•Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.
•Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
•Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.
•Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset.
•Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
•Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
