About the Role:

 

 

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our global sourcing team, dedicated to supporting TA Partners sourcing the best talent for our businesses. As a Talent Attraction Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as leveraging new and innovative recruitment approaches. Your expertise will help build a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the company's hiring needs, ensuring we attract the best professionals in the market.

 

As part of our Global Flexible Working Model, this position will be primarily Hybrid based, with an expectation to work out of the Bucharest office a minimum of 6 days per quarter.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design and execute sourcing strategies.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.

  • Screen and assess candidate profiles to determine alignment with job requirements.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Develop Talent mapping projects for critical roles to fill.

  • Manage candidate outreach and follow-up communications.

  • Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.

  • Maintain pipelines of talent within Finastra’s HRIM/ATS

  • Communicate effectively and partner with HR and Global TA teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved.

  • Involvement in international TA projects: tool optimization, employer branding, policy and procedures etc.

  • Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for talent acquisition optimization.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in an agency environment or in-house role.

  • Expertise running Boolean searches and utilizing LinkedIn as a sourcing tool, with a deep understanding of its search capabilities and best practices.

  • Ability to build partnerships with TA Partners, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Experience with Applicant tracking systems - Workday is the strong preference.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details and understanding importance of data accuracy

  • Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
