Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in construction sector, a TAX Specialist, for Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns and filed returns and forms in a timely manner;
• Review operations and procedures to ensure compliance with local statutes and regulations and identifies opportunities for tax savings;
• Monitored tax return deadlines, requested payments and reconciled all Consolidated VAT from Projects;
• Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation
• Ensure that corporate tax-return preparation meets all regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing business and investment strategies for an optimized tax return
• Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws
• Transfer Pricing Analysis.
• Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels;
• Resolve tax issues, respond to tax assessments, assist in audit and apply for refunds.
Candidate Profile:
• A master’s degree
• Experience in Tax processing from 5 to 10 years
• Fluency in English is a must, Italian is a plus
• Good knowledge of Romanian Tax law and up to dated
