Client Description:
Adecco is looking for a Business Consultant for one of our clients. The Business Consultant will engage with stakeholders, negotiate client requirements, and configure processes while designing and customizing the platform to meet their specific business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and processes, and establish a trusted advisor relationship.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and data analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Solution Design: Create functional specifications and workflows that align with business goals and leverage the capabilities of the platform.
- Implementation Support: Configure the processes you identify in their IT application in a graphical interface which doesn't require code - build forms, draw process diagrams, relate data and document structures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Interest in technology and digital literacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to solve problems, and face new challenges every day.
