Adecco Romania is hiring a Technical Instructor for its client, a multinational company, in automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical training for the car brands
- Organize educational sessions and prepare training materials
- Coordinate and provide professional assistance to service representatives
- Publish technical information and communicate with representatives
- Monitor and enhance educational processes
- Assess the technical skills of employees
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of a V. level education in a technical or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferred experience in automotive diagnostics
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A neat appearance and enjoyment in working with people
- A valid Category B driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Excellent knowledge of English
