As a Senior Technical Project Manager, responsibilities include project oversight, team leadership, and project planning. Engaging stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring quality deliverables are key. Additionally, responsibilities involve change management and effective resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and create development plans, monitor progress;
  • Lead a global team of technical consultants, foster collaboration and development;
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the technical project team;
  • Help with architecture, design decisions, and code reviews;
  • Ensure that the team follows quality assurance practices and performs thorough testing;
  • Risk and Change Management (mitigate technical risks, anticipate roadblocks);
  • Act as a liaison between the technical project team and other stakeholders, such as project managers, business contacts, and QA teams;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and follow up on dependencies and to collaboratively deliver high-quality software solutions;
  • Stakeholder Management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or above degree in computer science or IT/technical fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager;
  • Previous experience in managing data migration projects (on SharePoint or any other ERP solution), IT or compliance projects;
  • Database skills, including knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL Database;
  • Team management experience;
  • International and intercultural exposure, experience in working with customers and organizations across different geographical locations;
  • Experience with validated systems with the ability to produce quality documentation deliverables and execute installation procedures and test cases;
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skills;
  • Flexibility, ability to work within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment while driving toward clarity and solutions,demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities;
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

A great plus if you have:

  • Experience in Life Science (pharma) industry or consulting (R&D and Q&M business processes) experience;
  • Experience in document/data migration projects especially with Enterprise Content ManagementSystems (SharePoint/Documentum/OpenText/Box/Documentum/Generis/Veeva).
