Client Description:
Adecco Romania is searching for its client, a pharma multinational, a Trade & Revenue Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for Commercial Policy - preparation and implementation
· Ownership of IBP process – preparation Sell-in and Ex-fa sales forecast based on Sell-out assumption and actual SIT
· Ownership of price change process
· Cooperation with wholesalers (trade agreements - annexes, settlements, price lists, special offers, new products, letters regarding other commercial areas)
· Governance process of settlements with clients
· Lead GTN accrual process
· Evaluation of channels and customers performance and opportunities
· Monitoring return on trade investments, stock and sell-in data by customer
· Monitors targets achievement and commercial offers related to targets
· Act as a point of contact with Commercial & Finance to ensure accuracy of management and financial posting
· Development of analytics procedure that identifies revenue growth opportunities
· Contributing to the Trade Strategy in terms of Channel, Commercial policy and Route-to-market
· Partner with the Customer hub team, Finance and Customer Service Team
· Cooperation with internal and external auditors - audit dedicated to the Revenue Management
· Engagement with regional and global projects dedicated to the commercial and revenue management
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management in pharma
· University degree in econometrics, economics or engineering
· Highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
· Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing
· Excellent Excel knowledge as a must
· Fluent in English
