- Confirms to customers and suppliers, based on demand, transport capacity;
- Responsible for the management of the shipping process: plans, organizes and controls the activities related to transport;
- Exchange of information with production planning to optimize the transport plan;
- Transport development processes (EDL etc);
- Provides emergency transport (special transport, express courier);
- Finding the optimal solutions for transport and communicating the chosen solutions to customers;
- Organizes the transports in the best conditions, respecting the quality and terms required by the company's standards;
- Ensures and prepares all the necessary documents and obtains all the documents for the legal circulation on public roads;
- Enter in the SAP computer system all the information regarding the contracted transports;
- Prepares correctly the transport orders, as well as the loading-unloading instructions, including their delivery to the carrier;
- University degree;
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written);
- Microsoft Office package knowledge;
- Result oriented competences and attributes;
- SAP knowledge's is an advantage.
