UX Writer

We’re scaling the design practice at Raiffeisen and thus hiring a UX Writer ❤️

Especially in banking, context and clarity are vital. We’re not building tools as much as we’re building services so at the core of any succesful design is the language and the information.

About the job:

You’ll have 2 goals:

-Align and improve how we write in new designs

-Audit and improve what's already built.

What does that mean?

First off, we want to differentiate between writing in order to “explain” or “help” vs writing to “sell” or “present’ . If Marketing (copywriting) gets the customer at the door, once he’s in it’s your job (ux writing) to make sure he understands everything with the minimum amount of wording in order to properly accomodate repeated usage and occasional experiences in the best way possible.

Hence, you’ll spend your time across these topics:

- Mapping and clearing inconsistencies in existing solutions;

- Working with Business and UX Design to understand new products and features and help refine the languge and content in a way that helps customers not only understand and navigate the complexity but also, where possible, no longer experience complexity, but instead, simplicity and ease;
