- Assist Shipping Planners with order processing, shipment tracking and documentation.
- Support in coordinating transport schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Communicate with internal teams.
- Help maintain and update shipping records, databases and reports.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support day-to-day operational tasks.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain (internships or coursework) is a plus.
