Team's Outdoor Race (TOR)
Some of our employees took part in the Team's Outdoor Race (TOR), organized by Vertical Adventure in Timișoara.
TOR is a unique event designed to enhance teamwork and teambuilding through a challenging, day-long competition. Our teams had the opportunity to test their strengths, push boundaries, and experience the thrill of competition. The race featured various activities that fostered coordination, creativity, and endurance while connecting us with nature and each other. It was a fantastic chance to enhance communication, cooperation, and leadership skills in a dynamic setting.
