BearingPoint operations were evaluated in five key dimensions: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. Topics include diversity, equity & inclusion, economic impact, civic engagement, charitable giving, and supply chain management. We excelled especially in the areas of workers and governance.
The Workers dimension evaluates a company’s contributions to its employees’ financial security, health & safety, wellness, career development, and engagement & satisfaction.
Governance evaluates a company’s overall mission, engagement around its social/environmental impact, ethics, and transparency.

B Corp Certification was one of the four strategic priorities of our Sustainability Strategy 2025 alongside:
- Sustainable Ways of Working (SWOW): an approach to implement more sustainability and diversity in our projects
- Female Acceleration: to increase female representation in leadership positions
- Emission Zero: to reduce emissions by 50 percent compared to the baseline year 2019.
