We are looking for 2 HR Generalist: one position of HR Generalist, permanent contract (for SWT support), one position of HR Generalist, 2 years contract (for Production support).
Responsabilities:
Recruiting & Selection
• Owns the full cycle recruiting process for our job openings including sourcing, interviewing and
closing candidates;
• Coordinates pre-hire and post hire employment activities, HR administration activities;
• Prepares, proposes and monitors the recruitment budget together with the internal customer and the HR manager;
• Ensures consistent application and compliance of defined HR Policies, Programs and Procedures;
continuously reviews and updates HR policies and programs;
• Defines and updates Job Profile, according to business need, looking to the workforce of the future;
HR Analytics
• Monitors Fluctuation & defines retention projects for the allocated areas;
• Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees in performance
• Participates in the salary review process; makes proposals according salary levels & overall Compensation Policy;
HR Business Support
• Offers support and consultancy to internal clients on topics regarding HR Policies and Procedures
• Formulates and initiates HR continuous improvement actions;
• Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees in performance management processes in accordance with the existing procedures, CoE guidance, and company guidelines;
• Makes sure that all documents and activities comply with the Romanian Labor Laws;
• Part of any HR initiative and projects.
You should have:
• Bachelor's Degree - in the field of Human Resources; Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, HR data analysis. Compensation& benefits experience is a plus.
• Very good command of Romanian and English. German and Hungarian are a plus.
• Working knowledge of SAP – HR is an advantage
