Job requirements:
+ A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering of Manufacturing;
+ Minimum 3-4 years Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodology;
+ Experience with project management;
+ Green belt certification is an advantage;
+ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project;
+ Very good English – mandatory; German is an advantage;
+ Strong interpersonal and planning skills with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect (persuading) abilities;
+ Excellent communication skills, negotiation and interaction within all levels of the organization, able to take decisions, good presentation skills.
+ Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information throughout the entire organization;
+ Ability to train and engage colleagues in lean thinking as a business necessity;
+ Good understanding of change management processes (culture, communication, mobilisation, continuous improvement);
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills, prioritization and efficient steering of day to day activities;
+ Proven ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, and relate / compare facts from different sources to identify solutions.
Main Responsabilities:
+ Driving and managing the Continuous Improvement initiatives in line with the business strategy;
+ Lead and facilitate VSM, 5S / 6A, Standard Work events, structured problem solving events, Kaizen Events, leveraging other Lean tools as needed.
+ Conduct quarterly feedback / follow-up sessions to leadership team, on waste trends, patterns, and opportunities of all areas in the plant, in capturing improvements and monitoring progress.
+ Mentor other employees in the identification and elimination of waste, including training.
+ Instructing the people in the company in Problem Solving technics (trains by seeing and by doing), process documentation and analysis;
+ Providing leadership and guidance for the project management and lean transformation activity throughout the company;
+ Providing full cycle project management support from initial planning through detailed scheduling and implementation;
+ Providing lean principles and project management training for the company's employees;
+ Managing the improvement ideas program;
+ Conducting follow-up for every event to ensure project completion and improvements' implementation.
