In February, Berlin became the epicentre of e-commerce innovation, hosting two of the industry’s most anticipated events: the E-commerce Expo (E-BE) and CCW 2024 (Call Center World). The E-commerce Expo, held on February 22nd, brought together over 70 industry luminaries across various stages, offering insights into the latest trends and best practices. With more than 280 service providers from Germany and 30 other international markets, the expo offered an unparalleled platform for attendees to explore the newest solutions driving e-commerce forward.
From the 27th to the 29th of February, the annual CCW event unfolded at the Berlin Messe, drawing creative minds from across the globe. Focused on communication design, CCW 2024 highlighted the diversity within the industry, from print media to digital experiences, and encouraged attendees to engage in workshops and activities that sparked creativity.
