  • Work-life balance – 22 days paid annual leave and 3 sick days per year. For every 3 years in the company, you will receive an extra day off. Also, you won't miss the holidays because we offer floating days: free days for every public holiday that falls during the weekend (not applicable to public holidays that always fall during the weekend, such as Easter).

  • monthly budget of 600 RON gross for you to invest however you choose in: meal vouchers, a private pension plan, holidays packages, and retail offers from 2000 providers
