The ranking is divided into two categories: Top 100 Employers (companies with at least 250 employees & 30 new reviews) and Top 50 Employers (companies with less than 250 employees & 10 new reviews).

This ranking provides insight into the top workplace environments in 2023, showing the benefits offered by employers and the ratings given to each company by the employee community on the Undelucram.ro platform.
