I had an interview at Oracle at February 4th 2020.
I had it with the Regional Manager for the Italian Team.
At the beggining I was invited for the Hungarian Deal Specialist position, I found out during the interview that it was for the Italian one. Altough my email was really clear.
Lucky for me I am native in both and rassured that we could keep going with the interview.
From a tone that seemed kind at first, suddenly the interviewer became arrogant and not interested at all. She gave me an english+italian test C2 level to fill out in an hour, nor extra paper given to write down some ideas for emails. After an hour she came back asking
annoyed " Are you still here?"
However I kept it professional, finished the test way beyond the given limit hour of course (2 hours) and she was hesitant to shake my hand after the interview!!
The way I was treated was beyond disrespectful!
And this is not the end, I never received any reply altough it was kinda clear after that. I wrote an email to the HR requesting feedback and ONLY after one MONTH because of my REMINDER, I got an automatic generated answer.

The salaries in Oracle Romania I am sure are competitive as I heard, but from what I learned that managament is arrogant and if they don't like you , good luck! But respect should always be given!

I still believe in the message that this company can represent and they are one of the top companies around. I will try to work for them in the future, but definitely not in Romania.
