As our Account Manager with Spanish language, you will be managing multiple marketplaces across Europe. Next to our webshops, we are selling our products through various platforms, and you are responsible for managing our online shop on these platforms. You are a star in developing positive relationships, you are familiar working with KPI’s, and you have good analytical skills.
You will:
- Managing multiple e-commerce channels
- Develop positive relationships with your clients, and act as the point of contact to handle the needs of the channel
- Analyze, propose, and implement commercial strategy and action plan to maximize sales
- Negotiate fees, terms, and contract of cooperation to ensure vidaXL success
- Coordinate marketing activities for all marketplaces, including promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate and optimize the product content, stock, price, and order process flow
- Daily monitor, analysis, and report on marketplace KPI metrics and sales performance
You have:
- 2 years working experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with selling on major marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, etc. is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical way of thinking
