Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of its client, an efficient provider of financial solutions in Romania, for the role of Accountant with NAVISION expertise.

Ensure accurate accounting of inventories, third-party relations, treasury, and income/expenses:
- Record invoices issued for the company’s internal clients.
- Register daily cash inflows and outflows in RON and EUR according to client bank statements.
- Process cash receipts and payments in line with the cash register.
- Record treasury advances based on settlements.
- Register invoices for services provided by domestic suppliers.
- Record goods received based on documents from the warehouse (domestic invoices, external invoices, DVI, and NIR).
Prepare financial and accounting reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy:
- Weekly preparation of the list of issued and unpaid invoices and available advances in RON.
- Weekly preparation of reports comparing invoices received via E-invoice with those pending/in-process.
- Draft trial balances by the 10th of each month and finalize them by the 15th for clients.
- Create treasury advance lists.
- Submit declarations (100, 101, 300, 390, 394, SAF-T, Intrastat, and all types of balance sheets).
Perform daily operational tasks related to specific activities, ensuring:
- Daily processing of issued invoices, payments on invoices, and advances.
- Daily recording of supplier invoices for various services and payments made to them.
- Daily verification of bank balances, cash, and treasury advances in RON.
- Correct classification of accounted documents under income and expenses.
Candidate Profile:
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience using the NAVISION program.
