JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Junior Analyst

CITY & COUNTRY: Bucharest, Romania
CONTRACT: Fixed-term, for 1 year
ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing accurate data in daily posting of the invoices and overall business support for End Markets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
- Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
- Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
- Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build positive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
- Recommend operational improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Good command of English spoken and written
- Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Able to help, guide or explain things to others
- Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
BENEFICIAL
- Experience of working with invoices is preferred;
- Finance and accounting experience are preferred.
