Administer to Work Process Lead with Portuguese
Qualifications
Knowledge on managing employee life cycle activities like Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, helpdesk, remuneration etc.;
System data entry knowledge (Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.);
Handle the client communication and client reporting;
Excellent job organization and time management skills;
Attention to details and very good analytical skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese – minimum B2 level;
Graduation is required – Bachelor’s degree.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to client’s queries accurately (via email and case management system);
- Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, remuneration, etc.);
- Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requests;
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams;
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool;
- Liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stake holders;
- Focused, diligent, high on quality and timeliness are the basic requirements for the role;
- Reporting data for personal performance and maintaining personal tracker;
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills.
