Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Recruitment caută, pentru unul dintre clienții săi din domeniul agribusiness un Administrative & Finance Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Issue invoices and credit notes.
Update BFI client and supplier’s ledgers n the ERP.
Issue Polivalent Invoices to BFI relating to production, storage and handling, logistics and administration matters.
Issue and file all respective documents for stock edgers
Execute monthly stock counts and product inventory reports
Issue Polivalent Invoices to BFI relating to production, storage and handling, logistics and administration matters.
Generate timely reports for BFI production plan
Collect and report periodically to BFI sales data from BFI’s customers
Liaise and possible support BFI clients in the generation of periodic sales checks.
Generate and communicate to BFI reports for distributed products to BFI clients
Maintain and report to BFI, the actualized status of product launch plans
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Good analytical and conceptual thinking
Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good level command of the English language
Candidate Profile:
University degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting / bookkeeping departments.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
