Short Description
Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and command in English language
• Valid experience of min. 6 months in HR domain
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
Job Responsibilities
• Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
• Answer client’s calls and emails
• Process client’s queries and escalations
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
• Maintain HR system catalogues
• Manage HR organization structure
• Manage time
• Adjust records
• Process separation
