As our B2B Account Manager with Polish language, you will be mainly responsible for potential or key accounts in Poland. You know how to develop positive and maintains long-term relationships with these accounts, and act as the point of contact to handle their needs. You are constantly looking for new opportunities to make these accounts grow. Our Account manager has analytical skills, is a good communicator and has experience within ecommerce.
You will:
- Be the point of contact for our big dropshipping clients. Investigate local market, work with marketing team and participate the events to on-board more potential leads.
- Analyze account’s potential and create sales growth plan for accounts.
- Monitor your countries’ sales and proactively look for potential accounts to work with
- Implement account manager’s basic tasks, such as improving account’s listings and account’s cross-border selling.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to accounts in a timely manner.
- Research and identify new potential accounts based on your knowledge to vidaXL and ecommerce business.
- Work with customer service to define a good service to accounts.

We Ask:
- 1-3 years working (or internship) experience in an ecommerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or other related studies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Polish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills are preferred, knowledge about XML and data feeds is a plus.
- Experience with selling on major marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new backend systems and softwares. Hands on mentality and ability to take on several projects at once.
