Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;
· Technical requirements: Linux, SQL, Network knowledge;
· On call availability (2 weeks/Month);
· Overtime required (up to 32H/month paid or compensated with leave) ;
· Availability for OT and on call during business holidays as well.
Candidate Profile:
· JR BO engineer - 2nd line support engineer working on Business hours (09:00-18:00) – application and infrastructure support;
· Incident, Change, Problem management handling (Troubleshooting, New integrations, Patch upgrade etc.);
System Changes done during night time (part of the OT);
· System Health checks;
· SPOC for the customer;
· Customer call.
