As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise working with Tableau to join our data team.
The BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing and maintaining tableau dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes across the organisation.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the analysis and development of the reporting layer using Tableau, creating intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Work closely with data engineering team to integrate various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting solutions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment of data visualisation models and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT personnel, to understand business needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Optimise Tableau reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data visualization and reporting.
- Document data models, ETL processes, and dashboard functionalities. Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilisation of Tableau tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features in Tableau and data analytics.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
