Role description
Booking Holdings Romania is looking for a Jr. Visual Content Asset Specialist to join its Center of Excellence. The Jr. Visual Content Asset Specialist will play an integral role in the foundational structure of the visual operations and scaled content delivery to the business and will own the need for managing the scaled, unique, high-quality visual content acquired and used by the business to inspire and inform the travelers and partners.
Asset management is the link between creation and delivery to business through scaled systems, striving to find efficient and effective methods to manage and quality control assets at scale.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Skills in using relevant technical tools to perform daily tasks and image retouching/post-processing independently by being proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Responsible for scaled curation and asset quality control for a large variety of business needs.
- Independent expertise in asset management by distributing, organizing and categorizing our digital assets across all our platforms
- Knowledge and capability to run inventory audits and content gap analysis independently
- Delivers high-quality work that will add the most value, on time, and with a high standard of quality.
- Works with the manager to direct focus so the work advances business/team goals.
- Set others up for success by developing and updating documentation for team tasks.
Role Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years relevant job knowledge
- Knowledge of Asset Management, Taxonomy and Metadata
- Knowledge of visual tooling (Adobe suite)
- Ability to handle visual content at a large scale, frequently
- Ability to deliver to team priorities
- Ability to learn fast and adapt in a fast-moving environment, acting quickly to execute creative ideas locally, showing strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates creative thinking that drives innovation and the ability to “connect the dots” that proactively drives business’s success.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to take ownership of key responsibilities.
- Fluent in English,
- Team player, highly organized with excellent planning skills.
