Role description
As a LMS Administrator for the BHI Training & Communications Team, you will provide support for Corporate training deployed on two LMS and its users. In this role, you will support projects related to training delivery and usage of the system. Your scope will include gathering and analyzing data in order to make recommendations for continued process improvements and or in support of the BHI Compliance & Ethics KPIs. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the LMS Manager, Global Training & Communications Compliance & Ethics.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide system administration and LMS support for Booking Holdings, including but not limited to, course setup and deployment, reporting, maintenance, and course/system testing.
- Provide additional LMS support to the Booking.com Compliance team, as needed, with course setup and deployment, reporting, maintenance, and course/system testing.
- Troubleshooting LMS user issues with escalation, as needed, to appropriate parties.
- Assist with creating and monitoring dashboards and reports to proactively analyze / derive metrics to support the BHI Compliance Training & Communications program
- Assist with preparation of data analyses for ad hoc reports and presentations to develop actionable insights and messaging to Compliance leadership..
- Reviews, tests, and implements LMS updates and enhancements as needed.
- Support the BHI Compliance & Ethics Training KPI review and provide any data analysis required.
- Assist with creating process documentation.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Occasional but minimal travel required.
Role Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years of experience with LMS administration; previous experience with Cornerstone or Docebo systems a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills rooted in understanding and analyzing data.
- Experience with dashboarding and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to function well within a highly-matrixed organization.
- Strong service orientation and ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
