Your role:
- Collect and analyze ESG-related KPIs from various departments and sources.
- Prepare detailed ESG reports in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the company's ESG performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the precision and reliability of ESG reporting by managing, developing, and implementing robust processes and controls. This includes overseeing data accuracy, setting clear objectives, fulfilling commitments, and monitoring performance indicators.
- Offer expert consultancy to colleagues within the department and across other departments as needed, leveraging specialized knowledge to support and enhance their projects and initiatives.
- Actively participate in the local implementation of ESG reporting processes, be responsible for the local development of documented procedures (POS) and the delivery of training for data contributors responsible for individual areas.
Defines the methods and the business analysis framework for the business analysis work to be carried out in their project/program together with the client.ÃÂ ÃÂ Additionally performs requirements elicitation and modelling. Performs leadership activities within the project and beyond.
