As a Campaign Specialist at vidaXL, you are responsible for the planning, coordination and the management of our campaigns from the beginning to the end. Based on our Marketing Calendar, you create the campaign planning for your assigned countries. You define the campaign topics & concepts, supported by the data you found in your research. Next step is to make sure that all the campaigns assets are created for all channels. In doing so, you work closely together with the content team, design team, the digital channels team and Sales Channels team. You are the main responsible for the campaign coordination and that all the deadlines are reached. Last but not least, you evaluate the performance of the campaigns to take learnings for future campaigns. As a campaign specialist, you’ll be working in the Brand & Campaign team and work closely with other Campaign Specialists and our Brand & campaign specialist.
You will:
- Define campaign topics and campaign concepts based on our Marketing calendar, supported by research
- Arranging alignment meetings & brainstorms for the most important marketing campaigns on the Marketing Calendar
- Create the promotional plan & channel allocation (together with digital channel team)
- Campaign coordination: make sure deadlines are reached and that all campaign assets are created. You’ll do this together with your colleagues from the content team, design team, digital channels and Sales Channels team
- Safeguard together with the Brand & campaign specialist that all assets are matching the vidaXL brand
- Evaluation of the campaign and use the campaign results to improve upcoming campaigns
- Working on projects to improve campaigns and to get more out of our current campaign channels
- Owner of the newsletters for your assigned countries
