Requirements
- Commercial, or Financial background;
- University degree;
- Relevant experience in indirect purchasing (minimum three (3) year experience);
- Good knowledge of Romanian indirect services market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different levels;
- Able to work in multiple projects, very good business understanding;
- Analytical thinking and strategy oriented;
- A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player
- Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: Oracle, SAP, Ariva, etc.
- Excellent communication in English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Indirect services purchasing (Marketing, HR, Facility, Consultancy, Security, etc)
- Working in close cooperation in the cross-functional teams
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal client and supplier stakeholders
- Organize and manage sourcing tenders process
- Evaluate suppliers proposals and perform bid & TCO analysis
- Negotiating with vendors for building positive, long-term relationships
- Ensuring proactive and timely engagement with client
- Contract management (drafting, approval, amendments, etc)
- Purchase Order issuing and guidance to the stakeholders involved in P2P processes
- Colaborate with Global Category managers for regional or Group projects
- Identifying cost saving opportunities and realise the savings target
- Prepare and manage the annual category management plan for allocated categories
