Short Description
As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team and our Change Adoption Practice, you will be supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation journey ensuring new ways of working adoption.
Qualifications
Min 5 years experience in enterprise Change Management (change management certification will be an asset i.e. PROSCI) and proven track of big size projects delivery
Ability to develop and apply a structured change management methodology and approach
Experience in developing change management strategies and plans, including change impact assessment, stakeholder assessment and stakeholder management, communications management, leadership alignment, resistance management, change readiness, capability transfer, training management, change adoption measures
Partner with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans
Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, preferably supported by delivering projects in given area
Experience in consulting projects and transformation initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g.: MS Projects)
Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset)
Experience in Business Transformation would be an advantage
Experience in Transition Management would be an advantage
Experience in Agile Methodology would be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies
The role will focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and rapid adoption of new ways of working
Primary responsibilities will also include building out the change management strategy and approach and applying that to projects throughout the Capgemini organization as well as for our external clients.
