Coordinates a team of CRM Campaign Managers: activity load, prioritization of campaigns that span PI and SME segment, human assisted channels and digital channels.
Manages the CRM Campaign Master Plan and the budgeting activities following its realization and gaps.
Monitor results, campaign budgets and campaign KPI's with periodical reporting to the stakeholders involved and Board Members.
Drives the changes in the CRM campaigning technological stack (new campaign platforms) by assisting developing teams with business input and UAT.
Monitors migration of campaigns in the new tool, actively participating in trainings, monitor team adoption of new platform.
Actively participate in Group CRM campaign activities with the aim to identify business opportunities and best practices from other markets.

You understand campaign systems, campaign processes and you are able to redesign and ask for optimisations.
You are a leader and a team player. You guide the team members and help them to evolve from executing simple campaigns towards complex ones.
To perform you need experience in project management, people management, campaign management (preferably CRM/ Base Management campaigns) office suite medium-advanced level, active use of AI tools.
You previously have worked with at least one campaigning system. A big advantage will be knowledge of SQL , SAS Enterprise Guide, Python, any data analysis tool.
