Content Moderation Job Description
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines and policies.
- Identify and address inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content, including text, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve content moderation processes and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
- Shift work schedule at the office.
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make nuanced content moderation decisions.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving content trends and online safety measures
- Understanding of online content guidelines and policies.
- C1 Language skills along with (at least) B2 level of English
