Adecco Executive search is recruiting for one of construction company a Country Plant Manager. The position manages a large and complex Plant platform consisting of different plant activities ensuring the operational safety of all teammates, obtaining the best possible machine efficiency with the lowest possible level of stoppages, ensuring consistent quality, safeguarding the operational and maintenance budget and managing the local manufacturing and engineering projects.

Candidate Profile:
Experience & knowledge
- Education : Master’s degree in engineering
- Working Experience: Significant experience in Operations / Manufacturing process environment
- License/ certification/ qualification (s): + 5 years’ experience in operational management
- Languages: Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Display Health & Safety leadership: Health & Safety at all time, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed
- Manufacturing digital tools: Strong understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and other manufacturing digital solution tools and applications (power BI, power apps, ….)
