Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Analysis: Propose and collaborate on setting credit limits, utilize modern monitoring techniques, select, and integrate digital data providers, and balance risk with commercial objectives.
Portfolio Management: Actively monitor the client portfolio's credit risk and promptly communicate potential risks.
Policy and Procedure Enhancement: Adapt credit risk management policies to reflect the macroeconomic environment and optimize decisions for high-volume, small-company segments.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit risk regulations and stay updated on financial regulatory changes.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends and economic conditions, assessing their potential impact on credit risk.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English with an advanced level of proficiency.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a knack for synthesis.
Proactive approach to task management.
Extensive knowledge of factoring and B2B credit risk management, embracing the online environment and high-decision volumes.
Deep understanding of KYC and AML protocols, especially in factoring and online settings.
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis.
Educational background and international exposure are advantageous.
