Client Description:
Our current client is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by providing information about products and services.
- Respond to questions about products and services.
- Provide support to other departments of the company as needed.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints using communication methods specific to Call Center activities (phone, email, social media, chat, SMS).
- Offer clients both basic and technical assistance.
- Provide information regarding the company's services and offers.
- Monitor and manage customer requests and complaints.
- Escalate and maintain continuous communication with departments responsible for resolving customer complaints and requests.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and implementing the best solution to solve the problem in optimal time, and following up until resolution.
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced PC and Internet usage skills (Word, Excel, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Skype).
- Experience in a Call Center (customer support, telesales, retention, loyalty, debt recovery).
- Experience in a similar position (sports betting, gambling, sports) is an advantage.
- Focus on quality, problem-solving, proactive.
- Documentation, listening, and phone skills.
- Conflict resolution, information analysis, multitasking.
